Career Change! Mark DuMond at Le Cordon Bleu!
After a long career in the media production business, I'm embarking on an exciting career change. On April 5th, I started attending Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. I graduated on December 17th with an Associate Degree Applied Science, and I also just completed a six-week externship at The Rainier Club in downtown Seattle, one of the top kitchens in the Pacific Northwest, studying under Executive Chef Bill Morris and Executive Sous Chef Jim Campbell. I'm still interested in television and related media production arts and I'm still producing for entities such as Coming Attractions Theatres and Greg Frederick Productions, but my slant into the culinary field is determined.
